Strathmore University School of Tourism and Hospitality (STH) has developed the Hospitality Leadership Development Programme (HPDP) to cater to the needs of the current and future hospitality and tourism industry leaders. Professionals in the industry inadequacies including effective communication, effective feedback strategies, inadequate leadership skills, adapting to changes, decision making, leading team, performance management, innovation in leadership and strategic alignment.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a Strathmore University Certificate. 85% attendance is mandatory.
