The School of Tourism and Hospitality offers several short term courses and training programmes meant to address the-day-to-day needs of industry managers, supervisors, and other staff. Such courses run for a period of between one and five days. Leading local and international professors as well as seasoned industry practitioners and consultants are used extensively to give these programmes the latest and readily applicable outcomes.
The training modules are tailored to suit the needs of the client. We offer training in Customer Service, Soft Skills, Service Quality Management and Managerial and Supervisory Skills.
We also offer hands-on training in food and beverage production and service as well as in housekeeping and laundry.
