    Teens aged 11 – 16 years (International Curricula students; American, British, IB, Montessori, and others)

    Strathmore University

  • Duration

    4 days a week, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • Investment

    KES 50,000 inclusive of all training materials, Kitchen Kits, all activity fees, meals while on campus (1 tea and lunch)

Cooking Practical

Hands-on sessions in small groups with instructor guidance.

Dining Experiences

Formal table-setting, etiquette, themed lunches.

Life Skills Labs

Communication, teamwork, leadership.

Excursions

Fun excursions, visit to a local farm, Hotel kitchen.

Board games, and cooking trivia.
