Mr. Collins Haggai is a faculty at Strathmore University School of Hospitality and Tourism. His areas of specialization are front office operations, rooms’ division management and hotel information systems.
He has more than twenty years’ experience as a hospitality trainer punctuated with industry experience. Collins was involved as a lead consultant in the development of the national hospitality training curricula and proficiency modules for training hospitality industry personnel in Kenya. He has had extensive interaction with the industry through consultancy assignments.
He holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (UK)
He is currently a PhD student (Hospitality Management) at Strathmore University.
