Despite increased internet penetration and mobile use, there remains a gap in industry  in the capacity to leverage digital and AI tools effectively and ethically. This programme addresses that gap by equipping stakeholders with the currently needed digital marketing and AI skills.  This programme is suitable for any one seeking to master AI applications and strategic employment of digital marketing for business. It focuses on empowering businesses, individuals and public sector with competencies to integrate digital tools and intelligent systems into core operations.

By the end of the training, we aim to equip hospitality and tourism business support executives with practical advanced digital marketing skills to:
