Digital driven marketing and the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have become a market force changing how business is done in the tourism and hospitality industry. From revenue management, predictive analytics and smart chatbots to immersive virtual experiences and hyper-targeted marketing, technology is reshaping how business are marketed and experienced. Despite increased internet penetration and mobile use, there remains a gap in industry in the capacity to leverage digital and AI tools effectively and ethically. This programme addresses that gap by equipping stakeholders with the currently needed digital marketing and AI skills. Programme Objectives
